Awesome staff and doctors. I love Pottstown oral surgery, the Boyertown location is absolutely beautiful as it is new. 10/10. Plenty of parking.

Hit and miss rude employees. Nurse Shannon called the police and sent an unwanted ambulance to our home when I called seeking help for something that the staff should have known about and warned us about prior to surgery.(Post-op confusion in the elderly.) Thousands spent on an unnecessary ER visit. Tooth extractions $375/ tooth when $200 at our regular dentist. Please read the attached photo if you are elderly or bringing an elderly patient there. Night one- patient was talking jibberish (aphasia stroke). Day two- patient was confused didn’t know how to get out of the car, wrote repeated entries in check ledger, asked about people that weren’t there, hallucinated, didn’t know what year it was, talked all day not making any sense, asked me to turn the car into a forest saying there was a road where there was no road. Do not leave elderly patients alone for one week following surgery. Then reassess. When something goes wrong they send you to an unmonitored phone answering machine that takes all day for the nurse to call you back. White hard piece sticking out after surgery was confirmed to be bone not tooth. Hard pieces falling out of mouth one week later.

I wish I could give 100 stars! I have brought my daughter to pottstown and boyertown office. They have both treated us very well. Dr Gribb is amazing. He is so kind and caring. I have seen nothing but compassion from everyone in these two offices. They actually care about patients. This place is a breath of fresh air compared to most medical experiences we’ve had in our life. More offices need to have as much integrity and compassion as this place.

Dr Roland was awesome. He made sure that I was totally numbed before he proceeded with my procedure. Carol, RN was also great. If you need any oral surgery, I would definitely suggest this practice. Boyertown and Pottstown offices are both places I can recommend. Thank you Dr Roland😁

My 17yo had her wisdom teeth extracted at this location. Not only was I impressed with the spaciousness of this new facility. From checking-in to departing, the staff were very friendly, polite, and accommodating. They ensured my daughters comfort and explained every detail of the procedure, including detailed instructions in the post recovery area on how to properly care for her gums through the recovery process. It seems like I had scarcely sat down in the waiting room before they were calling me to the recovery area. From beginning to end, they made the process of teeth extraction as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Top notch experience!
